The Space:

This 1,950 sq. ft. desert home offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for families, groups, or remote work stays. The airy layout features a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and piano for music lovers.

-Spa Heat: $50+taxes per 5 hours (6pm - 10pm)

-Pool Heat: $75+taxes per 8 hours

Winter Rate (Dec–Mar): First day of pool heat is $140 (due to colder weather), then $75 per day.

**Our pool is professionally serviced by a licensed company every Tuesday and Friday between 3 PM and 5 PM, though the schedule may occasionally vary. Please note that the desert can get quite windy, and while we do our best to keep the pool clean, desert weather may affect its cleanliness



**Yard maintenance is typically performed on Saturdays. However, the schedule may vary due to weather conditions or the service provider’s availability.



**Trash is collected every Wednesday.



Late check-outs are not available. We kindly ask that all guests' belongings be removed from the home by the designated check-out time. Thank you for your understanding.



Fridge water and ice dispenser are not functional; please bring drinking water



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, except for the covered garage, which is used for owner storage.

The Neighborhood:

Located in Palm Springs’ famous Racquet Club neighborhood, this home is close to mid-century landmarks, trendy restaurants, bars, and shops, and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Quiet streets, beautiful mountain views, and easy access to downtown make it the perfect desert base



Getting Around:

Just a 5-minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and under 10 minutes from Palm Springs International Airport. Rideshares, taxis, and biking are widely available, but a car is recommended for exploring golf courses, hiking trails, Joshua Tree National Park, and nearby Coachella Valley cities



Other Things to Note:

Guests must be atleast 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration.

A valid ID is required at check-in. Failure to meet the age requirement will result in eviction WITHOUT refund.

Additional contact information may be requested after booking to comply with local regulations.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250.

For cleanliness, please dispose of any chewing gum properly and do not throw or stick it to furniture or surfaces.

Supplies: **We offer a starter kit for the home, including dish soap, trash bags, a dish detergent tablet, paper towels, bath essentials.

Please note that additional supplies may be required for your stay. We provide only single items to kickstart your stay.

A/C Guidelines: For best performance, keep the thermostat at 75° when home and 85° when away. Setting it lower than 75° may cause the system to freeze and stop working

Please avoid leaving any food out, as it can attract ants.

Quiet time: between 10 p.m. - 7a.m. per City Ordinance. During this time, all outdoor activities, including fire pit and pool/spa use, are prohibited. The City of Palm Springs also bans outdoor music and excessive noise at all times. Violations may result in a $500–$2,000 citation, immediate eviction, and no refund for the remainder of your stay

Pet Policy: We welcome approved dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies) for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. Pets are not allowed in the pool. If the filter becomes clogged with pet hair, a replacement fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

“Early Check-In” option for $75 plus tax, subject to availability. Prior to 1:00PM - Rate of one night based on current nightly rate applies. To request Early Check-In, please contact us 24 hours before arrival so we can coordinate with housekeeping and adjust your reservation.

There is an extra charge of $50 per night for each guest beyond the 6th guest.

Parking: Parking is limited to the property, with a maximum of 3 vehicles allowed. No party buses or RVs are permitted, and outdoor camping or sleeping in vehicles is strictly prohibited. Garage parking is not available

No cryptocurrency mining or electric vehicle charging is allowed on the property.

Please do not move any indoor or outdoor furniture. If you move lawn chairs for sunbathing, return them to their original spot before checkout to avoid additional cleaning fees. (Tip: Snap a quick photo when you arrive to remember their placement!)

BBQ Grill Propane: We do our best to keep the propane tank full for your stay. If it runs out during your visit, guests are responsible for refilling it

Pool Policy: ** Pool and Spa heating are not included in daily rates and can be turned on for an additional daily cost. For best results it is recommended to preorder and have this set up 48 hours prior to arrival.



Heaters set to 85°F/100°F for proper chemical balance. Takes 6 - 15 hrs to heat. Once it reaches the desired temp, the heater will cycle on and off to maintain this temperature.



Please note that pool chemicals are regularly used to keep the water clean and safe. Guests use the pool at their own discretion, and the owner is not responsible for any reactions or medical issues related to chemical sensitivity



Here are some pool safety reminders:

1. Always supervise children and inexperienced swimmers

2. No diving.

3. No running around the pool area.

4. Keep hazardous objects, such as glass or sticks, away from the pool.

5. No intoxicated person may use the pool or spa.
