Exactly as described - excellent location with easy access to everything you’d need - restaurants, swimming, golf, pickleball, groceries and hiking. Would stay here again for sure! Beautiful community!

GGs Annual Reunion

Wonderful, relaxing!! The condo was clean, fully stocked with everything you would have at home, wonderful view from the back porch, walking paths, swimming pools/hot tubes within walking distance and shopping stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes drive. We all agree, we will be back again for our annual reunion!!!

The condo was very comfortable with a beautiful location on the golf course. The pools are all very quiet, almost too quiet. We had the nearest pool all to ourselves. Directions to the resort were confusing, given the address of the condo, when the directions should of been the address of the gate to the resort. We had good contact with our host via phone messages. The over-all fees are a bit of a surprise when the final amount of the stay is added up. Was it worth it? I think so.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights in late November, 2022. The villa is in tip-top condition, the stay was top-notch! The Simons were our hosts, we dealt with Russ. He was responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend this unit! John M.

We'll do it again!

Loved our stay. Condo very clean, very well appointed. Quiet (at least when we were there). Pool is conveniently close. Beds are excellent. Hated to leave, and we will be back!

Perfect place to stay!

We have had a wonderful stay. The condo is close to a pool and the neighborhood is perfect for long walks. It is close to many restaurants and shopping on El Paseo. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Palm Desert condo

I felt the place was very comfortable beds couches. The kitchen was well equipped had my sister and brother over for an early Christmas celebration! Would like to make a Christmas tradition of it! Hosting was also very accommodating . Thank you for sharing you home with us!

One of the nicest properties in Palm Valley

We have stayed in Palm Valley a number of times. This place really stands out. The decor is just beautiful and so up to date. The beds are super comfortable. Linens, kitchen stuff, everything is top notch. We will be back!

Great Accomodations

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was well appointed and very clean. It looks just like the pictures. There were two outdoor patio areas and the view of the golf course is nice. There is a community pool close to the property. The owners were easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again!

Clean and homey condo

We loved this condo. My husband and I found it very clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed and pillows, great view from patio. Kitchen was well appointed. Good location in the complex, good communication with host. Would love to return next year!

Spring in the desert!

Great rental!

Very clean, spacious place. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Close to grocery store, coffee shops, and great restaurants with outdoor seating. Had the pool all to ourselves! Hosts were awesome and checked in with us to make sure everything was perfect. We would definitely stay again next time around. :)

Perfect for two couples to share.

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. The beds and bedding were very comfortable and the condo was very clean. This condo is the perfect size for two couples to share. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and spacious. The check-in process was simple. We absolutely would rent this condo again.

Beautiful property

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was very clean and beautiful. There were several pools around the neighborhood so you didn't have to go far to utilize the facilities which was nice. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio every morning. We miss it already.

Wonderful place, clean, accommodating, beautiful location.

We had a wonderful time, close to shopping, attractions. Wonderful restaurants close by. Would definitely would come again, when it was warmer. Patio and courtyard were beautiful.

This is a beautiful home - you must stay here!

This immaculate, beautifully appointed home is situated overlooking a lush golf course and in close proximity to shopping, dining, groceries and pharmacies and proximal to Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. With patios in the front and back, the property is perfect for 2-4 people yet can accommodate up to 6 people. Every detail is attended to with great care: three flat screened TVs with cable and On-Demand, generous room to entertain and play games (which the owners even managed to provide), a fully appointed kitchen, extremely comfortable king-sized beds, bedding and linens/towels, etc. Furniture is perfectly arranged so there is no sense of crowding, resulting in a lovely flow to the home. We cannot speak highly enough of our experience. The owners were gracious and always available. The home is kept in spotless condition. It is beautifully painted and maintained. Bathrooms are spacious. There is a two-car garage, and the neighborhood is secure (gate entry) and quiet. My wife and I both took a lovely walk in the morning and fully enjoyed walking along the golf course and the flat terrain. I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed in this home.
