OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The fabulous backyard was made for luxury living in Palm Springs and it has two levels. The ground level features a saltwater pool with an integrated spa, shooting fountains, chaise lounges and plenty of occasional seating, a poolside fire pit, an outdoor lounge area, and a BBQ grill. There's also cornhole and putting green. Stairs take you up to the top level, where you'll find a second fire pit lounge and alfresco dining - it's the perfect place to relax and take in the sweeping mountain and valley views!

This property is gorgeous and sophisticated but casual and comfortable at the same time. Walls of glass around the property blur the lines between indoor-outdoor living in true Palm Springs style. The free-flowing floor plan is perfect for spending time with your entire group - but there are also quiet spaces tucked away for getting some alone time. The living area - which features a gorgeous fireplace flows into the dining area and well-stocked kitchen.

This property has all the appointments you would expect from a luxury home - high-speed internet, upgraded heating/cooling systems, flatscreen TVs, and more. The owners really have thought of everything!

SLEEPING QUARTERS
This property has two bedrooms and a casita. All have been beautifully styled and feature a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage, and a flatscreen TV. The Primary Bedroom has a California King bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. The Guest Room has a Queen bed, an ensuite bath, and access to the patio at the front of the house where you'll find an outdoor living area. The casita - which is located on the opposite end of the house - has a King bed, an ensuite bath, and also has access to the front patio and pool yard. There is even a separate kitchenette on that same side of the house. Also, all bathrooms throughout the house have bidets!

This property is tucked away on a quiet residential street in the exclusive Little Tuscany neighborhood - just minutes from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, ice cream parlors, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all just a stone's throw away. Dog-friendly trails, the Las Palmas bike path, and numerous historical homes - including the Elvis Honeymoon House - are also very close by. You'll love staying in this quiet, peaceful area and having quick accessibility to all that Palm Springs has to offer.
