Indian Wells Resort Hotel
The hotel seemed a bit outdated and stuck in the past especially with the gym equipment. Not a very good gym at all. Our room was okay but the bed sheet had a little spot of dried blood on it. It was in a great location and the staff was great! Other than those two things it could use some work.

Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas
They have a tiny mini cooler in the room instead of a mini fridge and charged $25 for a microwave per night. They ran out of microwaves during my stay and did not have any microwaves available in the entire property. I had to throw away most of my food.
