Desirable Ironwood Country Club

This very comfortable two- master bedroom villa has vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass cooktop, built-in oven/micro combo and large windows, which make its 1220 sq. ft. appear even larger. The villa has been newly furnished with all of the amenities of a personal residence from fine furnishings (that includes a queen sleeper sofa) to sophisticated electronics. The centerpiece of the entertainment area is a 55" Samsung SmartTV and DVD player, located in the Great Room area of the Villa. Additionally, a 47” HDTV is placed in the front primary bedroom for your entertainment pleasure. The guest bedroom contains a 45” flat-screen TV. The home TV Cable system includes HBO and Showtime premium channels in the Great Room. The home is WIFI friendly and free.
This home is arranged to maximize the outdoor experience in the Desert with three generous patios (one off each bedroom and one off the Great Room), a BBQ, outdoor dining and luscious landscaping. The pool is literally steps from the primary Villa patio. We were very happy with Diane’s accommodation. The unit was nicely furnished with all amenities. The close pool was fun for our children and very warm hot tub a step away. Ironwood is a lovely community with walkable roads, a hiking trail, and lovely Mountain View’s. Thank you Diane.

Excellent stay

This property was perfect for our relaxing trip to Palm Desert. Clean, everything we needed, with a pool right nearby. Diane was an excellent host - the checkin was super easy and she was a friendly communicator & always quick to respond. The area is very quiet and not far from shopping, restaurants, and attractions. A short drive into Palm Springs as well. 100% would stay again or recommend to others.

Month Long Stay at Ironwood Cc

The home at Ironwood CC was exactly as it appears in the photos. It is extremely well stocked with every cooking and cleaning need provided, as well as many amenities not found in a rental property. The bed is very comfortable and the pool is close by. The bedrooms get very bright early in the morning, so it was difficult to sleep much past 6:45am. One other downside was that the furniture was not very comfortable. The living room couch is very hard, and the patio furniture is hard to stretch out on. I enjoyed my stay in the condo, and I love Palm Desert!

2nd time and we’ll be back

My family and I stayed here before and it was a no brainer to stay here again. Diane was so friendly and able to accommodate an early check in for us. At one point the internet went down in the whole neighborhood, and she proactively reached out to let us know there was an issue and it was being resolved. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of plush white towels, in addition to pool towels for our use. The kitchen was well laid out and had basics including simple things like ziplock bags, and parchment paper. By no means a deal breaker to not have those things, but one less thing to buy on vacation.I’ve been coming to the desert for 20 years now and Ironwood is my favorite location. It’s is so quiet and peaceful and it’s rare other residents use the pool so it’s like having your own private resort.One small thing to mention for families with young children, both showers don’t have a shower head that angles downward. So younger kids who can shower independently will likely be pelted in the face. The stand up shower does have a hand wand option though and there is an option to have a bath in the shower/tub combo one.

Nice 2 bdrm suite condo updated kitchen and close to the pool but not too close. Very quiet area in upscale Ironwood subdivision. Walk to the Living Desert Zoo. Easy drive to restaurants on El Paseo and to Grocery stores and the Mall.Great for the price!

I would suggest access to the thermostat be more liberal. 78* is a bit warm for sleeping. Living room furniture could be upgraded for more comfortable seating. Propane tank was empty and I replaced for a full tank , but you would have no control over previous guest usage. We enjoyed our stay.

good but a significant problem

The property was clean and as shown. The property unfortunately was heavily perfumed especially the linens, towels and bedding to the point that breathing was a challenge. It required multiple washings to reduce the odors, taking three full days to make it tolerable. Other then that all the facilities worked and the ambience was good. Need a land line, we where caught unawares that one was not included/available.

Perfect Condo!

This condo was very clean and comfortable. Ironwood Country Club is a gorgeous place to vacation for our family. Our teens enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was nice to sit on the patio each evening as the weather was perfect. Fun shopping and the Living Desert are just down the road. We will definitely be back.

Oasis in the desert

We had a great stay. Used the hot tub and pool every day. We have stayed in Arizona previous winter and by comparison this community is very green. Lawn everywhere. Very quiet neighborhood. Everything was so neat and tidy. We hope to return soon.

Very nice 2 BR 2 Bath condo on ground floor with carport. Appeared to be recently renovated. Spotless. Good beds. Clean linens. Very nice and well appointed kitchen. Spacious and functional layout. Nice patio in back. Good location for traveling the area to play golf which was the purpose of our trip. Heated pool and hot tub 100 feet from the back yard. Lots of hummingbirds. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was responsive. All good.

Quiet, Comfortable, Convenient

The property was located in a gated country club community close to shopping and restaurants. The unit was a quiet end unit with a large attached covered parking spot with extra off street parking across the way for our guests. We enjoyed sitting on the covered patio in the mornings, having our coffee, and watching the butterflies and hummingbirds feast on the flowered vine across the way. The unit was clean, with nicely updated kitchen and baths. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and even had a pretty well stocked spice cabinet. The dinning area had a large table where we easily sat seven one evening, when we invited some of our friends that live in the area over to share some food and adult beverages . The beds were comfortable, and there were extra pillows, blankets, towels, and hangers in the closets. The owner was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Relaxing Inviting Condo

We stayed for a week in this great condo. We are avid golfers so the location was convenient to most all the courses. The restaurants were also close by. The owner was so helpful and nice with answering questions. Definitely would recommend!

Wonderful Getaway

This condo was perfect for a quick getaway with three teenage girls in tow. They were able to share the front master, giving them appropriate privacy (and their own bathroom) while allowing me to have some quiet and privacy in the back master. The living room and dining room also offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out without anyone feeling cramped or overcrowded. The pool was a little buggy - i.e., filled with dead bugs - but that wasn't a deal breaker since we expect that during this windy time of year. Someone was skimming the bugs but obviously he couldn't keep up with it. While I liked that that the location was close to the mountains, the girls would have preferred to be closer to town. Since I'm paying the bills, though, we are likely to return the next time we need a quick vacation!
