Thanks to the prestigious country club location and a six-foot privacy wall, you can enjoy some solitude. Work on your tan in this secluded hideaway bursting with grape vines, bougainvilleas, and palm trees. Take a dip in one of the local swimming pools or catch the sunset from the shared hot tub just a few steps away from the back patio, living room, and kitchen door - which also open up to the golf course. If you want to venture further for shopping and dining options, El Paseo is less than two miles away and has you covered.
Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior flooded with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Soaring tongue and grove ceiling and large beams add to the timeless architecture. Gather in the living area and sit on the plush furniture and hold a great conversation, cozy up by the fireplace, or take in a movie on the large TV mounted above it. Enjoy the airy presence throughout the space and the many windows that show off the view. Prepare grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with all the cupboard room you'll ever need. If you want to work off the meal you just ate, go for a ride on the provided Peloton bike.
The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, with a TV for private viewing, private patio access, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The south-facing views are stellar and can be enjoyed while relaxing in bed. A sofa bed and a ceiling fan are provided in the library/sitting area - so everyone has a place to retreat and sleep. There is direct access to an en suite from this room, too, featuring a shower/tub combination and a second door leading to the hallway. For those who need to stay connected, there is also a dedicated workspace in the library/sitting area, which leads to a cute atrium. Dine alfresco on the outdoor furniture and take in the unbeatable and world-famous California sunsets.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
