"Clean room. However, cleaner never cleaned our room. So when we went back to our room after our trip, what we left in the room still the same. Called the front desk and asked if there's a chance to even just to take the trash. Front desk said, is there any sign “do not disturb” I said no. Front desk staff said, the cleaner changed your towels. How come? Towels that we use still here . Anyway, I just asked a bag for trash bin and front desk staff told me you can get here in the front desk area coz they don’t have other staff. But after 10 mins.trash Bag sent to our room.Breakfast is just right, limited options and my first time to experienced that the staff from the breakfast area asked the guests which room they are checked-in. I think that’s a kind of rude.. This is an honest review.. Now, I know what the cleaner’s do. They will check the record that they cleaned the roomeven if it’s not."

"Loved the big bottle of conditioner in shower. Very good communication and making sure we didn’t need anything. Also they came in everyday and made the bed also loved the little table to eat at. Cons were rust in bathtub, bathroom fan was very loud and the toilet took forever for the reserve to fill up"

"Rooms were clean, property was clean. Staff was friendly. I did not like them speaking Spanish to each other when guests were around. That to me is disrespectful as this is America and the language is English. Parking was an issue. Their lot needs to be blocked off from restaurant users. They have their own lots to park in. Had to move our car from their lot to hotel lot after restaurant closed. Should not have to do this. Unfortunately staff thought it was acceptable."

"Went in the middle of their renovations. The elevator takes forever and was covered up with weird fabric tarps on the wall. It looks clean overall but there’s little details that could’ve been cleaner like the caulk in the bathroom and mold stains. Breakfast was good. There was a waffle machine, three different flavors of yogurt, milk, and cereal, hard-boiled eggs, two kinds of breakfast sandwiches that you had to microwave, oranges, bananas, oatmeal, and juice and coffee."
