"Not great and very expensive for an average service and facility. Also no point of booking to the restaurant even if the hotel send you email about it, as if like for us the restaurant is closed no warning will be given and you will end up at the noisy pub style eatery, also even if there is a vegan menu online it simply does not exist. "

"I came from dublin late and didnt get any sleep , loud noise in the room , i think it was the air conditioning .i told the receptionist and she didnt even apologise or offer a complimentary tea or coffee ."

"We stayed in two family rooms with 6 kids and 2 adults altogether. This hotel has been in business since 1747 and we were thrilled with the history, the coziness of the hotel, the staff friendliness is second to none. And the breakfast was incredible. We were pleased. Obviously renovated for modern conveniences, but I felt like it was a vintage boutique inn and I loved it and would definitely stay again."

"Hair dryer in the room wasn't working.
Bath was dirty.
Food at buffet during breakfast was pretty cold
Bar food on the expensive side for what we got.
I stay here every year for athletics comps but this year the price was crazy for what we got so I will be looking elsewhere for next time unfortunately."
