We’ll located in the city centre. Easy access from the airport bus stop nearby. The restaurants nearby were very good both in taste and the price range. Expected better breakfast. The line up of the foods was too simple.

The facilities are slightly old but the room was clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also excellent. The breakfast was just 6 euro and a nice buffet.

空港からホテルまで、行きは空港バス、帰りはタクシーを利用。 バスは30分に1本、問題なく快適。空港職員からタクシーは外国人に吹っ掛けるので、バスがベターと勧められた。 帰りはホテルでタクシーを手配してもらった。片道EUR45(固定料金、現金がベター)。メーターだとEUR60取られる事例もあるとのことでお得。

About parking there is a private guarded garage in front of our hotel so I don't know why you had problem to find a place to park you car. 過不足ないホテル。ロビーには、自由に飲める水(オレンジ入り)やコーヒーのサービスがあって、出入りの度にほっと一息つけて良かった。周りの治安的にも問題なく、周辺のレストランへ行けた。

ホテルドットコムの手配ミスで、希望とは違う部屋になってしまい、フロントにかけあったが、親切な対応ではなかった。また、部屋の変更もできなかった。それ以外では、部屋は清潔で、朝食も美味しく、静かで快適であった。空港へのバスが乗れるバス停がプラダの前にあるのですが、歩いて7分程度の場所にあり、便利だった。

立地環境が優れたホテル
パレルモを観光するうえで、どこへ行くにも便利な立地環境にある。大通りから少し入ったところにあるので、うるさくなく快適である。スタッフも好感度が高く、安心して宿泊できる。

狭い部屋
家族で2部屋使用しました。同じ条件で予約したのですが、1部屋は本当に狭く窓も小さくてまるで倉庫の様でした。もう1部屋は広くて見晴らしも良かったです。サービスに問題は無く、設備も清潔。ロケーションも雰囲気こそあまり良くありませんが、とても便利な場所でした。

フロントは多少手不足という感じはあったが、サービスは良かった。問い合わせ事項もてきぱきと対応してくれた。 ホテルで夕食をとろうとしたが、営業していなかった。もともと客の需要が少なかった結果だと思う。 部屋は十分なほどのスペースだった。ただ、ベッドのクッションがやわらかめで物足らなかった。 部屋のレートもリーゾナブル。 朝食も満足できた。 空港からのバスの停留所からも近く、便利。出発の時は荷物を持って、徒歩でいけた。

Great location and helpful staff. Modern nice hotel with a delicious breakfast. Rental car office just down the street. Rooms were very quiet with good soundproofing, comfortable beds and modern baths. All around was the perfect choice for us.

The property is modern and very comfortable. I have trouble sleeping and my bed was great with lovely linens. Also the room was very quiet with good soundproofing. I had a huge balcony on the 7th floor with a city view. All of the staff were very pleasant. I especially liked Martina and Valeria who were so helpful. Great breakfast included. No negatives at all and we stayed 7 days!

Gutes Hotel, sauber, gut gelegen, ruhig. Aber das Frühstück ist schlecht und nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man mehr als 1-2 Tage dort zu verbringen gedenkt. Viel Kuchen, wenig Obst, Brot, zwei Sorten Käse und zwei Sorten Wirst.

Der Türschloss funktionierte nicht, wurde auch in zwei Tagen nicht repariert. An einem Tag als wir aus der Stadt zurückkamen, war die Tür einfach offen und das Zimmer war nicht abgeschlossen. Ausstattung ist etwas alt. Das Frühstück ist etwas langweilig. Was gut ist, das Parkingservice und die Lage das Hotels. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Vor dem Hotel ist eine Superpizzeria, mit einer der besten Pizza in Palermo

Oh, du professionnalisme, accueil, situation, chambres fonctionnelles et vastes, équipements, attention du personnel, petit déjeuner avec une mention spéciale pour celle qui prépare les boissons chaudes. Aïe un bémol: une odeur persistante d'eau croupie dans les évacuations douche et lavabo. Sinon 5/5.

Overall a great stay. Room was very spacious but could use some Remodeling as it was a little dated. Breakfast was good and they had a barista to make fresh coffee to order. 20 minute walk to Palermo central station. Close to numerous restaurants in area.
