The apartment is strategically located, just a short walk from the Policlinico, the Ballarò neighborhood, and downtown; the famous Royal Palace is less than a 15-minute walk away, while the Central Station is about a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment features a private bathroom and a balcony.

The accommodations are laid out as follows:

- KITCHEN with induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and dining table;

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a closet;

- PRIVATE BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, and toilet;

- BALCONY.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, split-system air conditioner with heat pump, vertical steamer, clothes rack, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00

EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 a.m., even for a fee.



Located near the lively Ballarò neighborhood, the apartment is ideal for discovering the most authentic side of Palermo. The Cathedral, the Norman Palace, the Palatine Chapel, Via Maqueda, and the Quattro Canti are all just a few minutes’ walk away. The Paolo Giaccone Polyclinic is within easy walking distance. With historic markets, street food, and traditional eateries, you’ll experience the most authentic atmosphere of the historic center.
