Beautiful hotel in a very centralized portion of Florence. Very walkable. Breakfast was great and staff was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again!

Really useful shuttle service to and from the centre of Florence which we used every day (just make sure you book). Free water replenished frequently in the room which was very welcome as it was over 35° when we were there! Small pool but never crowded when we were there. Easy to get the bus up to Fiesole or down to Florence if shuttle times don’t suit you (it’s right by the hotel entrance). Staff great but Nellie in particular was absolutely wonderful.
It was nice to be close enough to Florence to go easily, but step away from the heat and bustle and just look out over it from the hotel.
