Air conditioning was broken, they wouldn’t move us to another room. We walked out. Staff was not helpful at all and didn’t care about the situation. Told us to “write the manager after we got home for a refund.” Unacceptable.

Older building but clean room and well-functioning AC and amenities. The shower we had (rain shower head with various options, including strong handheld shower head) was phenomenal.
