「Absolutely beautiful hotel the only thing I would say needs improvment is to put up sound dampening stuff because you can hear everyone and would have liked the pool to be heated a little but the hotel is beautiful the staff was excellent the rooms are beautiful」

「Great 1-night stay before heading to Arenal. Close to airport (5 min drive). Check in was smooth, room was comfortable. Service was amazing - Raffaella who checked me in was gentle and kind and Carlos who prepared my breakfast was very attentive. It was a good stay to recover from a long flight before my onward journey. Only regret isn’t being able to enjoy the pool as it was raining!」
「En primera instancia la habitación que reservamos tiene algunas reparaciones en la cerámica muy despectivas, el hotel se encuentra en proceso de mejoras generales de la infraestructura por lo que espero mejoren estas condiciones.
Se comunicó al personal del hotel que no estábamos a gusto por las condiciones de la habitación y sin problema nos resolvieron cambiar de habitación por una mucho mejor. Agradecemos la atención y el servicio.」
