"The best thing was the Bosphorus view of my room, which was very calming, peaceful. The room was quiet, insulated from the noises around and had an interesting unusual shape. The room was clean and efficient and the cleaning crew were very helpful and pleasant. The spa and massage experience was excellent. The outside pool was very pleasant as well. The breakfast was good but ended too early for people spending vacation in the hotel. I missed it most of the time. Thankful for the cafe inside and outside for late risers like me… overall I enjoyed my stay and will really missed the view."

"The hotel is a beautiful, historical landmark located in a great part of town. I was underwhelmed with the level of service. We were given a room on the first floor knowing there would be a huge wedding that night with music blasting until very late at night. We enquired about a scale and they said there was one in the room which was incorrect. They told us they’d send one but it never happened. We had to go back and ask for one ourselves and the attitude seemed to be of annoyance. We asked for a calf-hour late checkout and were told…NO! We were initially excited to stay in such a beautiful place but were very turned off by the service level."

"We stayed in a sea view King room for a week in September 2026. The view was exceptional and room was relatively spacious, clean and comfy compared to other Istanbul's hotels. The bed was a real king size. The room service was pretty much all day available and we could refill anything we needed, the quality of Hygiene products were too low though. The cleaning staff were friendly and helpful as well as one of the receptions named "Ihan" or "Irhan"?. Other receptions were not friendly at all! The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed having it in the patio. The hotel location was pretty good and close to bus stop, many restaurants and grocery stores etc. In overall it is worth the money!"

"I enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was attentive and polite. I had the deluxe Turkish bath at the on site hammam and it was amazing. The massage therapist treated me like a queen. Both nights I had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the food. The breakfast buffet had what seemed like an unlimited selection of breads, cheeses, fruits. There was also hot foods that were different both days. I will definitely return the next time I visit Istanbul."

"Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, Very beautiful hotel, Had a few issues upon arrival but was sorted after speaking to the right people The room was so beautiful, carefully designed loved every second of my time in there, The staff are genuinely helpful and warm. The breakfast was okay, I think it’s more suited to the Turkish/ Middle Eastern taste pallet as opposed to the western if you’re after bacon sausages beans etc don’t expect it haha Didn’t get to use the spa but it looked absolutely beautiful due to skin issues I couldn’t but ’m sure it would have taken my experience up a notch! Very close to the metro so handy in that regard, there’s also a local mall 10 minutes walk that has a lot of shops and if you’re feeling for a Burger King McDonald’s or subway and a 13 minute walk from the tram which takes you to all the hotspots! Overall would I visit again? Potentially yes!"
