I stayed in a newly renovated Privilege Room, which had access to a private lounge and restaurant offering à la carte menus and breakfast options each day. This add-on was a nice touch and provided a quiet place to enjoy meals away from the busy buffet restaurant. I also liked the spa and the range of treatments. However, all the beaches surrounding the hotel (including the hotel beach at Playa Esmeralda) attract nudists. I found this to be very unpleasant.

Lovely food, quite beautiful hotel, staff more than okay. We had all inclusive for a week and i genuinely recommend this to anyone. Not much to do around it apart from going to beaches, but such is the landscape of the island. For relaxing, soaking in the sun it's more than perfect.

The entertainment was excellent especially Wajde in the animation team. The neds and pillows were really comfortable, but the shower was lacking power. Food choice was limited as was the drinks at lunch and dinner, the waiters were polite and friendly unless you asked for a second drink, you couldn't self serve which was an inconvenience

There is a lovely beach within walking view of the property. The staff were friendly. The hotel was beautifully presented. It was in a quiet location. The entertainment was good.

Here for a one week break and deliberately chose it for reasonable access to Cofete and the beaches around Esmeralda. The drive down from the airport was very easy and finding the hotel was a dawdle too. Food was good and varied, as was the drink. I did feel they were slightly understaffed at times particularly at peak meal times. I would however return, and recommend it to others.

Extraordinary hotel regarding the price. Room was very clean, hotel looks very well maintained, especially for the age and climate which is very rare on the canarian islands. The restaurant has the best outlook I've ever had, the food in the buffet restaurant was always great, with a good choice and always refilled on time. Here was the only very slight downside I could find, sometimes the food wasn't perfectly heated and the signes were sometimes misplaced, but regarding that the food was on a 5 star level I can't really count this as a downside.

The food was excellent. The pool and pool bar was excellent. The room was comfortable though faces the carpark and had a blocked toilet for 2 days. Checking in and the reception staff were very inadequate. They kept us waiting for an hour to get our room. Wanted loads of pointless information off us when they already had our booking reference and passports we then had to wait another 30 mins for someone to show us the room we could of easily found ourself and then he hung around obviously waiting for a tip???? Two days into our stay after revcirving full payment off us they asked us to reception again to go through all the tedious checking in again because they missed something. I had to tell the confussed girl to do it herslf as i was having breakfast and want nothing more to do with them. After that it was meraculasly all forgotten . I think they need some training put in place as i heard from other people having the same problem with them. I have been to many hotels and never spent more then 15 mins at reception checkong in.

Schönes, sauberes Zimmer. Das Essen ist jedoch sehr verbesserungsbedürftig, sowohl die Auswahl als auch die Qualität. Das Personal im Restaurant sollte aufmerksamer sein. Das Geschirr war oft nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Tische waren länger nicht eingedeckt obwohl die Gäste warteten. Bei der 2.Eindeckung am Abend gab es zB keine Stoffservietten mehr. Einmal habe ich beobachtet, dass unbenutztes Besteck für die nächsten Gäste wieder verwendet wurde.

Es war der schönste Urlaub meines Lebens.😍 Das Hotel ist soo toll. Die Nähe zum Strand, die ruhige Atmosphäre.. das Personal ist superfreundlich...das Essen sehr lecker und mega viel Auswahl....der Poolbereich(man bekam immer eine Liege)....die Ruhe am Pool....das Zimmer war ein Traum, die megaschöne Aussicht. Für mich war das ein Paradies auf Erden. Wenn alles klappt, bin ich bald wieder da😍😍
