  • Rocky Mountain Way is a beautifully furnished log home, offering mountain and valley views on more than five acres of land. This one-of-a-kind, hand-hewn dovetail log home has ridgetop views and the perfect combination of old-fashioned values and modern living. Plus, for a nominal fee, enjoy access to the Pagosa Recreation Center (including a pool, tennis, and basketball courts).

    The 2,780-square-foot interior features three bedrooms, reclaimed hardwood floors and cabinets, and a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops that opens to the living and dining areas. The living room includes a 55-inch HDTV with satellite cable, a DVD player, WiFi, and a stereo. The second-story loft can be used as office space or another living space.

    Outside, sip a cup of coffee and take in scenic views from the wrap-around, covered deck (with an access ramp off the two-car garage). As for entertainment, there's a portable gas grill for summer barbecues, and a propane fire table that you can gather around in the evenings.

    There are two primary suites - the downstairs with a unique walk-in, dual-head shower, and the upstairs with a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and gorgeous views. Additional amenities include a laundry room and a central HVAC system with ceiling fans throughout the house.

    Located just minutes from Pagosa Springs, Rocky Mountain Way is the ideal home base for exploring all the region offers - hiking, biking, fishing, and the hot springs.

This place was wonderful. Beautiful and quiet location, and only 10 minutes from town. The views were stunning and the house is very comfort and perfect for the four of us. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful gem tucked in the woods!

Best place to stay in colorado! This gem is tucked in the woods with a beautiful view and wildlife that are unbelievable! The Elk were eating off the back porch. This house has everything you need! We will be back!

Nice property, but clothes washing machine was not working upon arrival, it did not spin at the end which left us with sopping wet clothing. I notified the property manager repeatedly during our 2 week stay, and they never sent anyone to fix the washing machine. The property manager did nothing to resolve the broken washing machine. I do not recommend any properties managed by Vacasa, who I believe is the property manager for this house. Otherwise, a nice house, quiet and comfortable.

Beautiful views! Spacious, clean home. Fantastic amenities/full kitchen. Close to town. Could use better outdoor furniture and better chairs for lounging inside the house. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!
