There is a hidden extendable leaf stored underneath the table for additional seating.

The downstairs bedrooms are each equipped with two twin beds, perfect for kids. One set of twin beds are xl twins. There are also wraps in the bedroom closet to combine the twin bed legs and combine it into another king along with a king duvet cover and king blanket (on storage shelves downstairs). Down the hall, you’ll find a full guest bathroom.

Getting around is a breeze in Pagosa. Where you are located will be a short 10-minute drive to historic downtown Pagosa Springs and a 40-minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. Should you choose to venture farther than Pagosa you'll find Durango and its Silverton Railroad an hour away and Farmington, NM two hours from Pagosa. In between all that guests are sure to stumble across Chimney Rock National Park, Navajo Lake and more. If you head over the pass it will bring you into the quaint town of South Fork where if you make a left and drive about 2 hours your find yourself in the historic mining town of Creede.

With much to see and places to be you're sure to have a full plate when it comes to things to do here!

Upstairs is the heart of the home, focused around an open living, dinning, and fully up to date kitchen space that is geared to hosting the entire family. The entire length of the upstairs is an open floor plan, from fireplace to refrigerator, and is framed by picture windows that have breathtaking, unobstructed views of Pagosa Peak. Fully stocked, chef level kitchen will leave you wanting to just stay in. Two more enormous bedrooms, each with king beds. Two additional full bathrooms, one walkthrough, and one ensuite.

Pagosa Springs is home to the world's deepest geo-thermal well, the world famous Mother Spring!! This boiling spring feeds the natural pools along the San Juan River providing everyone a hot soak, anytime of year. 40 mins to Wolf Creek!
