The spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for your group a joy, while the variety of comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces ensures there’s room for everyone to spread out or come together.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests:

· Main-level primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath featuring a large soaking tub and towel warmer
· Three upstairs bedrooms, each with king beds and vaulted ceilings (one converts to two Twin XL beds for flexible sleeping)

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Week of heaven!!

The house is beautiful and sits on a small lake, lots of birds, deer, and ducks. The house had everything especially in the kitchen r n which was fully stocked with basic cooking needs.Great place hope to go back soon.

Incredible views!

The home was clean and spacious and very comfortable for 8 adults. Furnishings and linens were of good quality and in good condition. The hot tub was relaxing and looked out over the lake. Deck furniture was nice and plentiful. Probably the best stocked kitchen we have seen in VRBO lodging!

Very spacious, ample supplies provided, and excellent extras. All the comforts and conveniences of home in a beautiful neighborhood. We all loved the kayaks and supply of board games and puzzles. It’s nice for a big group.

The amount of space inside and out is fantastic. The kids had a great time on the lake and playing in the spacious living room. We were able to turn out some great meals in that kitchen and some awesome game nights at the table. There were some cleanliness issues we ran in to so I would suggest that you check all the linens and look under the beds upon arrival. Overall it was a good trip and the location was great.

Perfect place for family fun!

There was plenty of room for 8 people. Unless you have 2 young ones that don't mind sleeping on the pull out sofa downstairs, room for 10. The lake was fun with the kayak's. We were able to see the Balloon festival from the back yard. It is very quiet and very cozy. Has everything you need and more! The house was stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you need, many blankets and pillows, more than enough towels!

Family Christmas

This house was perfect for our family Christmas vacation! Great neighborhood, lots of space for kids to play, all of us to stay, and enough seats at the table for us all of us to eat together! We cooked most meals at the house, the kitchen was great. We really enjoyed skiing during the day, and even practiced skiing with the young kids in the front yard before they went up the mountain for the first time. House is also baby friendly, there was a pack and play in the master closet. Thank you for such a memorable trip!

Amazing!

The house was beautiful and very roomy. The view from the backyard was amazing (the lake was right off the backyard). The amenities were great. They had plenty of plates, glasses and spices, large kitchen and dining table, and more. There was seven of us (friends), and everyone absolutely loved the place, we were able to drink coffee on the back porch in the morning. We had wine at night. We used the fire pit one night (you can buy wood at Walmart) We would definitely go back to this place. Thank you.

Loved Lake Life

We enjoyed our time at the lake house. Kayaking right out the backyard was the highlight. Cleanliness and communication with the rental company were the lowlights. The house had plenty of space for our group of nine. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the basics for cooking. A closet filled with games to play. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would stay here again, but would bring eye masks because not all the windows have blinds to allow you to sleep past the sunrise.

Everything you want on the lake!

This home is so cozy and stocked with everything you need and more. We loved the thoughtfulness of how the house was put together and how easy it was to find everything we needed. The setting of the home is gorgeous and we especially loved the wrap around porch which had beautiful views from every angle - complete with a jacuzzi. The home has kayaks and a pedal boat that our family loved using every day. There are multiple different sitting areas outside to hang out around and a cornhole set which was fun to play by the lake. There’s also a beautiful walking/biking trail just off the road the house is on that you can take all the way into town. There are so many fun things to do in Pagosa, but we honestly could have stayed at the house all day and enjoyed our stay just as much. I’m sure anyone would love this spot just as much as we did!

Home with Beautiful Views

This house was a great place for our vacation. Easy to get in and out yet close to things we wanted to. The house was very clean and furniture was comfortable and just right for our group. However, the listing stated four king beds but one of the bedrooms had twin beds. We were four adult couples so this was an issue. We tried contacting the host but did not get a real reply. We also wanted to use the fire table and grill that was listed but tanks on both were empty. Overall, it’s a beautiful home with great views but when you book thinking you are getting one thing and don’t get what is advertised it’s very frustrating.

Weekend getaway

The home was wonderful! The beauty of the lake and the mountains was amazing. The access to the kayaks and paddle boat was so much fun and we used them everyday! The home was a great size for the 7 of us and was stocked with everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again! And likely will!

This house is wonderful! Plenty of room for everyone (5 people) to be comfortable, well-equipped with everything that most rental properties are missing, great location to ski at Wolf Creek, comfortable beds - everything was great and in excellent condition. We will definitely want to stay here again if we are ever in Pagosa Springs again.
