Recently refurbished 3 bed 3 bath bungalow which is located in a quiet residential area but is only a 7 minute walk from Padstow harbour and is pet friendly. The bungalow comes with driveway parking for one car with untethered EV charger (on road parking for 2 further cars) and has been refurbished to a high standard.
Our home is available to let to families and couples for holiday purposes and is pet friendly with a fully enclosed garden and plenty of lawn for them, and the kids, to run around on.
The property has 3 bedrooms, one kingsize with en-suite, one double with en-suite and one twin adjacent to the main bathroom . We have completely refurbished the property over the last 14 months to create an open plan, light, airy and sociable home.
For heating we run an underfloor system connected to an air source heat pump and also have a woodburner. Hot water is via PV solar backed up by the air source heat pump. Solar panels and a battery help keep the home energy efficient and improved insulation retains the heat in winter and keeps it cool in the summer.
Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels provided
55" Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth Speaker and DAB radio
Kitchen - Induction hob, double eye height oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher & washer/dryer
Outdoors - decking with garden furniture, BBQ and enclosed lawned garden
Garage for storage of bikes / surfboards

Great property.

Beautiful home, lovely stay!
The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect, quiet but 2 min walk to beach, 5 min drive to tesco and local farm shops. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is adequately equipped. EV charging was an added plus. Enclosed back garden was ideal for pets :] Jeremy was friendly and helpful, and quick to reply to our queries.

All the family loved the place, really couldn't fault it on anything, the attention to details was amazing, it truly was a home away from home. The bungalow is in a nice and quiet neighbourhood which was only minutes walk from Padstow Town centre so that was an extra bonus for us. Our host, Jeremy was super helpful and attentive, when my son lost his mobile, he found it and had it posted the next day. Will definitely come back again.
