タオルの干場が、トイレの便器に近すぎて、当たってしまいそうだった。それ以外は、とても清潔で機能的だった。

綺麗なホテルです。 朝ごはんは12階のレストランですが、見晴らしがよく、とても綺麗です。スリッパないので、持って行くことをお勧めします

高級ホテルに慣れている人には？？
概して、従業員の対応は良いと思います。ただ、宿泊を延長した時に、クレジットカードで払っていたにもかかわらず、フロントのミスでクレジットカードの名前を確認してPCに入力せず、他の人物の支払いとして登録されていため、一悶着ありました。 長期に滞在しましたが、朝食は毎回同じメニューです。 室内の設備について、基本的に清潔に保たれていますが、洗面台や風呂桶の栓がちゃんと閉まらないという問題がありました。次に、金庫のプッシュボタンの回路が故障して使えなくなり、部屋を変えて貰いました。この対応は良かったです。ところが、移動した先の部屋のデスクの蛍光灯の電球が付いておらず、ずっとそのままでした。この部屋の栓はちゃんと閉まりました。 石けんや入浴用のボディジェルが時々補充されていないときや、いつもは４つある枕が3個になったり、まちまちです。 ルームサービスを何回か頼みましたが、冷凍物もあるとメニューには書いてあって、スープなどはその様な感じでした。レストランのメニューは少なく、近くのレストランに行った方が良いと思います。 それから、団体客がどっと来ることがしばしばあって、どの国とは言えませんが、ミネラルウォータの瓶を自分の席に持って行ってラッパ飲みをしたものを飲み干せず、そのままにしておいたものを、また、ビュッフェのテーブルに従業員が戻しているのを目撃しました。ミネラルウォータの瓶入りの水には気をつけた方が良いでしょう。

施設、部屋の清潔、広さ、快適度すべてよい。
同上。窓が高すぎて折角のいい眺望が座るとまったく見えない。駅からの距離がやや遠い（徒歩１５分）ので思い荷物を持っている場合は不便。近くにスーパーがないのは不便。一番近いスーパーは歩いて２５分かかった。

Reasonable and comfortable
Close to the central of Padova with walking distance. Room was clean and all the staffs were very kind.

This hotel is good for business purpose but not for family tour. The location is more than 20minutes from Centro and major tourist spots. Due to capacity of caffe(restaurant), very crowded at breakfast time.

Of all the hotels that I have been, this hotel has got to be the quietest I have ever stayed in. My room is right next to the elevator but I didn’t have a problem. I heard people talking briefly but that was it. As for the transportation, the hike to the train station was only 12 minutes, if you’re a fast walker like me.

Excellent for 2 older experienced travelers
Excellent experience. Extremely comfortable. Friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. We’ve stayed in Berlin, Prague, Vienna, and Venice hotels as well and this is our favorite.

Sono anni che vengo in questo hotel ed è sempre una garanzia. Dovrebbe prestare piu attenzione alle manutenzioni delle singole stanze. Peccato perdersi per una porta del bagno scrostata (camera 630). E ritengo che il prezzo per notte sia cresciuto troppo durante quest'anno. Comunque per chi deve sceglierlo dico che è in ottima posizione, camera grandi, letti grandi e comodi. Colazione troppo cara.

Overall it was positive. The Expedia rate was better than they were willing to offer in person by a large margin. Great room very clean. Not a great part of town.

The rooms are large for Europe but the hotel has not been well maintained and the staff are unable to address issues as they arise on-site. Booked a connecting family room but the air conditioner was broken in both rooms. It took three hours and a significant amount of arguing to be moved. There were issues with the shower and blow dryer in both of the new rooms. In addition, the air conditioner did not work in one of the new rooms either so we were given a fan. We asked to cancel our reservation given they were unable to provide us the rooms we booked but they refused. It was so bad that despite having paid for the week, we left and paid for an additional hotel in Lake Garda. Do not recommend staying here.
