Close to the park and very clean. Enjoyed eating out on the patio. The elk were a bonus to see. Great place overall!!!

This wonderful cabin in Packwood was the perfect way to end our family trip to the Pacific Northwest. The location makes it easily accessible to both the Sunrise and Paradise sections of Mt Rainier National Park. It is close to town yet provides a quiet and peaceful setting with views out the back. We had elk visit the meadows each day which we enjoyed. Would highly recommend this property to others looking for a stay near the national park.

Great House!

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay during a quick skiing and snowboarding trip to White Pass. The house was in great shape and clean, easy to find, comfortable, and we loved waking up every morning toa herd of elk in the field behind the house.

Nice space; quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our two-night stay. Everything was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is very quiet. The beds aren't great, but they're adequate for a few nights.

Great holiday in Packwood

The house was perfect! It was spacious, well equipped and maintained. Beds were comfortable. It was the best accommodation on our 12 day tour. We enjoyed watching elks, trekking in the nearby national park and local beer.

Fun ski getaway

We stayed at the cabin over Christmas and skied. Location was easy access to the mountain. The cabin was very comfortable for a family of 4. We cooked, watched movies and had a fire outside. We absolutely loved our time. We will be coming back again!

Quiet Neighborhood with wildlife

We were in town to attend a wedding. We checked in late with no issues. In the morning we enjoyed watching a family of elk out the back windows. The bed was comfortable and the home was very clean. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely cabin in a small neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outside on the large porch watching the elk in the mornings and evenings. It was our home base for visiting Mount Rainer NP. It’s near a town with groceries and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils/pans. We found everything we needed. Central air conditioning was greatly appreciated.

Lovely Getaway

This cabin was a great base to explore Mt. Rainier, Packwood and the area. We were 3 adults and our two dogs. Cabin was very comfortable and great location with a lovely view outback of a field and mountain. We saw elk in the field one morning. The firepit was great fun in the evening - to make smores and watch the stars!

Great stay!

We love everything about this place, it was perfect for our small family. The beds were super comfy with two great bathrooms. We were happy to see a nice updated laundry room with all we needed to get caught up on our trip. We enjoyed hiking Rainer during the day and coming back to a warm dinner ready in the crockpot each evening. Seeing the elk each morning and evening was a bonus! Loved watching movies at night and playing games - such a wonderful experience!

Nice Cottage

The home had everything you needed. Close to town and short drive to Rainier. Looks to be newly remodeled. We saw elk in the backyard everyday. While we didn't use it, the backyard had a nice covered deck, grill and fire pit.

Rustic cabin

Loved the high ceilings, open floor plan for living areas. Enjoyed the view out back with fire-pit. Bathrooms and kitchen were nice and up to date. I was not able to get the TV streaming to work, but did use the DVD. However, I didn't ask the property manager for help with the streaming as it didn't really matter to us.

Cabin was super cozy. Beds were great. Great location.It could have used a better cleaning prior to our stay. Dirt and old items under and behind couch. Not that much of an issue but noticeable. Pots and pans need updated. Bottoms of pans badly scraped and caused food to stick.
