"WE ARRIVED AT 9AM AND WEREN'T CHECKED IN UNTIL WE COMPLAINED LATER IN THE AFTERNOON WHEN WE SAW OTHERS CHECKED AS THEY ARRIVED. WE WERE TOLD SOME STRANGE TALE ABOUT THE KIND OF ROOM WE WERE GETTING. MADE NO SENSE AT ALL. SERVICE WAS GOOD AFTER CHECK IN BUT CHECK IN WAS A NIGHTMARE. "

"We had a great stay at Hilton Hawaiian Village. The location is beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and you really can’t beat being right on Waikiki Beach. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do without having to leave the resort. It can get pretty busy and crowded at times, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back."

"The Loews hotel is perfectly nice and if you need to be near the Hollywood Bowl or anything on that side of Hollywood Hills it’s well-located. It is a huge hotel with very long lines throughout. The pool is ridiculously small but well kept up. The linens are good quality. It’s lacking character as a true Hollywood luxury hotel."

"Clean, quiet. I didnt enjoy the fact the curtains didnt close and was woken every morning by the sun because the bed is directly across from the window. The 12th floor had a peculiar smell in the hallway, but it didnt carry in to the room. Spacious bathroom."
