"I spent years there about 10 years ago and was very pleased. I waited for the airport hotel shuttle for so long that I called to see if it was still offered. Though, they said the shuttle was running every 20 minutes, I was picked up after around 45 minutes. It was an unmarked rental (it was clean, but unmarked). I was there due to a family funeral. My room was never cleaned over the 3 nights I was there. But I was used the room for preparing for my mother's funeral much of the first day. The breakfast was more basic than I expected (which normally offers bagels, cream cheese--I don't recall seeing even butter for the slices of bread). I let the staff know I would be checking out earler than planned (my mother's funeral was earlier than expected) and understood that their shuttle was not running at 4 a.m. when I was leaving. It was noted that I would be leaving early and I was told it would not be a problem. When I came down there was no one at the front desk and wasn't for about the half hour I waited for my Lyft to arrive. I left my keys and the folder with the room number at the desk. Only when I checked my phone hours later did I learn they had not checked me out with a warning I had 30 minutes to officially check out before additional charges for late check out would occur. I noted that I'd already checked out. The hotel is rather run down, though, basically clean, hence my rating (the inside of the elevator was badly scratched up, as an example)."
