「It was great to be able to have my dog - and the supplies for his stay were a nice touch. But, as a new listing, it was clear that the house was not ready for guests. I wanted to watch the Seahawks game, and the TV was locked down -- even to use apps that I subscribe to. It took hours for a response, at which point I had given up.
