Rent the entire private basement level, we reside on the main floor. Enjoy a peaceful country setting just minutes from Kentucky River boat launches. The Ark Encounter and historic Madison, IN is 50 min. away. Several bourbon distilleries and wineries within 30–60 minutes. Scenic roads are perfect for motorcycle enthusiasts. Perry Park Golf Resort is 7 minutes away, and Louisville, Lexington, and Cincinnati is an hour away. Relax and enjoy beautiful views and abundant wildlife from the backyard.
When you pull in and park you get to see the view of our backyard and the mountains in the distance. You will walk into the living room and there is a table to put your things on. Light switch right by the door for living room and outside light. Over by the steps going up are the kitchen lights. There will be a night light on in the bathroom, one over the kitchen sink and small lights in the two bedrooms to light the way for you. There will be lawn chairs outside in the plastic tote that you can use whether you have a coffee or other beverage and enjoy the peace and quiet.
There are two bedrooms and they have either queen size or full size for room to be comfortable. The one room has a closet to hang your stuff and also has a dresser if you would love to unpack your belongings.
you will have access to the entire basement and the lower deck. There will be a firepit (if weather allows) for you to use in the backyard. We live upstairs but they are two different living areas. You will have your own kitchen, living room, bathroom and two bedroom.
The kitchen is stocked pretty good but if you have need of a specific thing please ask and if I have it I can put it in the rental for you to use.
