"bathroom was dirty, there was a dead bug in the picture frame decorating the room, like a dead silverfish or palmeto bug. Coffee ran out for breakfast and took about 45 minutes before a new pot arrived. I was ill later in the day and I think it was from the egg/cheese omelet that they heat up."
