"Absolutely loved the courtyard right outside of our room. The café was also a delight. The hotel and café staff were pleasant and courteous. The beds and pillows were just the right amount of firmness. Best nights sleep ever! "Casa Arca es un hotel hermoso. El concepto, la arquitectura, las habitaciones y el ambiente nos encantaron. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle y entendemos por qué ha recibido una Llave Michelin. Sin embargo, nuestra experiencia estuvo muy cerca de ser de una sola estrella. Siempre he creído que, en hotelería, el servicio al huésped es lo más importante. Una noche estábamos cenando en el restaurante cuando se fue la energía. Seguimos ordenando comida, pero al pedir dos Coca-Cola Zero nos dijeron que no podían servirlas porque el sistema estaba caído. Teníamos cuatro habitaciones en el hotel y la solución era muy sencilla, pero el encargado no mostró ninguna flexibilidad. Fue una situación que nos pareció completamente inexplicable. Al día siguiente pedí hablar con el gerente y conocimos a Manuel. Para nuestra sorpresa, era la misma persona que el día del check-in nos ayudó a bajar las maletas del carro y estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde el primer momento. Al escuchar lo ocurrido, hizo todo lo posible por recuperar nuestra confianza y mejorar la experiencia. Su liderazgo, actitud de servicio y cercanía fueron excepcionales. También hubo otro detalle: mientras veíamos un partido del Mundial nos pidieron apagar el televisor porque el área iba a cerrar, aun cuando el partido seguía en curso. Nuevamente sentimos una falta de flexibilidad que no esperábamos. A pesar de esos momentos, hoy mi calificación es de cinco estrellas gracias a Manuel y al gran nivel de las instalacio"
