"My overall stay was good, but I’d like to mention two things. First, they charged a $300 deposit for my stay, which wasn’t mentioned during the booking process. It wasn’t really necessary. Second, the staff on the night shift was a bit rude. I think management needs to provide more training in customer service.
The restaurant was closed all weekend due to maintenance, which was a bit strange. However, I did have relaxing time."
"Sadly in the past 2-3 years it has gone downhill dramatically and yet the price has gone up. The rooms are needing a refresh and they need to do a deep clean and paint. The toilet barely flushed, the curtains were nasty dirty and the carpet needs replacing. The breakfast was powdered eggs and mystery meat. For $200-$300 a night they are asking way over why they should. This is not up to best western standards anymore. Sad really cuz I’ve been coming here for 22 years. "
