Super im Winter - laut und heiß im Sommer

Die Wohnung ist groß und super eingerichtet, das bett ist sehr bequem. Im 4. Stock, der Fahrstuhl geht leider nur biszur 3. Etage. Leider ist an drei Seiten der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss Aussengastronomie im großen Stil mir Singen und Reden bis morgens um 5 Uhr, trotz geschlossener Fenster leicht zu hören. Lüften war deshalb kaum möglich. Ausserdem heizt sich die wohnung stark auf. Es war bei einer Aussentemperatur von 18 Grad mit wolken bereits 27 Grad in der Wohnung, und wir waren dankbar, dass es nicht 30 Grad aussen waren. Fazit: im Winter ein super Quartier mit schönem Blick über die Stadt, zentral gelegen. Im Sommer nicht empfehlenswert.
