Extremely happy with the outstanding customer service from the staff at the reception, they were brilliant! Also I absolutely loved the space, cleanliness and organization. The location is perfect as well! All in all, the best stay in Osaka in my opinion if you’re looking for a budget friendly and safe space to stay

The hotel is a bit older and not as modern as other capsule hotels. The location is fantastic and it’s a surprisingly quiet hotel to stay at. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Amazing service and facilities for a great price!

This was my first time staying at a capsule hotel and I was extremely impressed at how spacious the capsules were, how clean the bathroom facilities were, they also even had a coin laundry. The staff was all extremely friendly and very helpful with any advice needed. This was an amazing place to stay for a great price, definitely recommend!

Overall a solid place to stay - however the housekeeping staff was a tad rude and never cleaned my bed. I wouldn’t have really cared but they made it clear that they would at the beginning of my stay, and then by the 3rd day I asked if they would, and they seemed as if it was a huge inconvenience. I don’t want this to reflect on the full staff (such as reception) who were all great! It was mainly just with housekeeping.
