The opportunity for endless adventures awaits you at Panoramic Sunset Escape in fun-fueled Osage Beach, home to the scenic winding waterways of the Lake of the Ozarks. With its picturesque landscapes, abundant outdoor activities, and friendly atmosphere, it’s a family-friendly destination with something everyone can enjoy!
The Space:
Located within the Land’s End Condominiums, guests will also enjoy access to tons of exciting amenities right outside your front door such as the outdoor zero entry pool, kid’s splash pad, lazy river, playground, basketball court, and fitness center. You can spend all day lounging around the pool enjoying the incredible views of the 19 Mile Marker of the lake’s main channel.
Beyond the resort, there’s plenty of things to keep you busy in the surrounding area as well. Jetz Trampoline Park is within a 5-minute walk or take a short car ride over to Miner Mike’s, a family fun center featuring an interactive maze, rides, games, and snack bar. Lake of the Ozarks State Park is 4 miles away, feeding the nature lover in you with an endless shoreline, hiking trails, and hidden coves. Golf enthusiasts will want to check out the surrounding courses of Bear Creek, The Oaks at Margaritaville Lake Resort, and Osage National featuring challenging greens and fairways surrounded by stunning natural beauty.
The home’s stylish interior offers spaces illuminated in natural light creating the ideal environment for relaxation and connectivity. The cozy living room offers plush L-shaped sofa seating and a mounted smart TV for you to keep current with episodes of your favorite shows. Sweeping views of the lake stay top of mind courtesy of the sliding doors providing access out onto the shaded and screened-in balcony, the perfect spot for your morning coffee, a sunset cocktail, or a meal or two al fresco. The modern kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware for all your culinary endeavors. Six seats are available at the counter for quick and casual bites, while the more formal high-top dining room table can accommodate an additional 6.
This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• HOA does not allow trailers on the premises. Reach out for details on trailer parking options.
• Parking: The Land’s End Complex has numbered parking spaces located in front of each building. The parking spaces with numbers are reserved and require a parking pass.
o One Parking pass will be provided in unit upon arrival for use during the stay.
o Two additional cars may utilize the unmarked parking spaces located throughout the complex. No parking pass is required for the unmarked parking spaces.
• Check in at 4:00 pm, Check out at 10 am, during peak season guests will have to check in with security guards at the entrance to the condo complex. After checking in with security guests can proceed to building 1220. Guests should park in a parking spot marked with the 1220 building number.
• House Rules:
o Must Be 25 to Rent
o No Pets
o No Smoking
o Quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
o Please be respectful of the neighborhood and leave the property in the condition found
o Please note that overnight guests should not surpass the property's maximum occupancy, or the guest count specified in the booking.
o All HOA managed amenities are monitored by the HOA through video surveillance.
o Guests have access to the HOA amenities; however, please note that these facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA, not by us. While we do our best to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of these amenities, as maintenance, repairs, or temporary closures may occur without prior notice. Outdoor pools are seasonal and may be closed based on the time of year. If you have any questions about amenity availability prior to your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!
