HERON BAY is in the middle of it all! Close to everything the lake has to offer! We offer a 10 x 20 boat slip for free trailer parking and a boat ramp onsite.

This 1 bed / 1 bath (sleeps 4) unit has just been COMPLETELY remodeled, and everything is BRAND NEW! This unit sits lakefront with a fantastic view of the lake. This top-floor unit provides vaulted ceilings, and no one is above you. The deck is exceptional as it has an outdoor 43" Smart TV, ceiling fans, comfortable seating, and amazing views of the lake.

The master bedroom has a king-size bedroom set with an upgraded memory foam mattress and a 43" Smart TV. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen-size bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress for your kids or another couple. The living room has a 65” Smart TV to watch all your favorite shows or sports events. The remodeled bathroom is nestled between the two rooms to separate the sleeping.

The full-size kitchen is beautiful and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

The complex offers a Lakeside pool, onsite laundry facilities, and tennis courts. It is close to many attractions, including the popular Outlet Mall, go-karts, miniature golf, Movie Theater, golf courses, grocery stores, restaurants, and a hospital.

Perfect location

This is the perfect location for fishing the big bass bash. We have stayed here twice within the last year and have had zero complaints. Great place with a boat slip and a ramp nearby.

Big bass bash

Lake getaway

Wonderful property with a fantastic covered porch with an electric grill, ceiling fan, rocking chairs, a place to eat, and a TV! This was where I spent most of my time. It was a two room condo with all the amenities you could possibly need, even a boat slip! The place was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

Birthday Trip

Brett was an amazing host. He answered all the questions we had within minutes of texting him. The condo was very clean and the lakeview was amazing. Pretty much stayed on the patio the whole entire weekend looking at the lake. We loved our stay and will be booking more trips here soon!

A bit smaller than anticipated

This property is very clean and nice on the inside. The appliances and furniture were newish and the location was very convenient. The outside looked a bit run down and the wooden stairs and archways were covered with spiderwebs. You had to be careful not to pick up any “hitchhikers” as you passed through them. One slight complaint was the AC. It was on some type of program that I constantly fought. Temps were in the 90s so I frequently had to set and reset the temp to 71 because the system was programmed to be at 76. It would not stay at 71 for very long.
