There was no one at reception, no one answered the phone, and I never received an email from hotel with my check-in instructions or room number (I did check my spam folder). I put my confirmation number in the hotel website form for troubleshooting reservations, but it stated that my reservation could not be found. Very frustrating. I want my money back. "
