The main hotel was fine, however there’s two buildings to this hotel. We stayed in the building across the road. The room was okay, the carpet could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable. Could have done with two pillows each rather than one. What spoilt our stay was during 4 nights stay was we had no room service whatsoever. We were down to our last few sheets of toilet roll when leaving. Many will ask why didn’t I ask for extra, I am not prepared to go over the road and walk back with toilet roll or other things. We were on the main road where the 17 tram runs very regular, been on floor one was a little noisy, however for the convenience of public transport it was vey good and could live with the noise, in summer with the windows open, could be to noisy. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Markets, just wish room service would have been available, once again I should not have to ask for it.

We had a lovely stay, breakfast was good, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Very nice hotel with great access to the train station. Only complaint is hotel was experiencing issues with Electronics. The hotel AC wasn’t working so quite noisy with windows open and some computer issues making check in take longer. Staff handled it well so wouldn’t let this deter a stay just made ours a bit less than perfect. Not a lot of dining options nearby but no big deal.

Hotel is fine, but the surrounding area could be considered potentially dangerous. Recommend staying closer to old town or South side of river.
