It’s not all Location Location Location…

Location was great. Took almost an hour to get checked in. The toilet seat was loose, a shelf was broken and there was not enough towels for the 4 people registered to the room. They ran out of hotel room keys. The hallways were hot and humid. The check in lady was really nice though.

As a local, I can tell you the area around this property is not bad. However, when you arrive - the exterior and interior front door is locked and you must be "buzzed" in. The front desk is behind plexiglass. This is NOT a welcoming atmosphere. Maintenance of appliances and furniture is poor. Do Not stay here unless it's your last resort.

Poor experience

We had several issues from broken outlet covers, sprinkler not properly installed in the ceiling, poor water pressure, lastly, waking up to the air conditioner leaking and having a puddle of water from the bathroom to the outside wall. You couldn't walk outside without a strong smell of marijuana every night we stayed.

Front desk closes and no one was available to check me in, the phone number for Assistnce after hours is the number at front desk, not too sure who’s bright idea that was since they are not at the front desk. I spent the night sleeping in my car, canceled my reservation and stayed else where. Stay away!

Good location. Budget friendly. Front desk agent was very friendly (forgot his name). Floors and door handles in rooms are typically not clean, door handles. Room was missing tv remote upon arrival. You get what you pay for here.

Didn't pass the front desk

We didn't get to stay. We felt unsure and concerned about safety. When we arrived about 5pm or there about, the entrance was locked. Why during daylight hours? We had to show id. Not unusual. The clerk scanned it into the computer, and then wanted to make a paper copy. That's crazy. We begin to feel uncomfortable and unsafe. What's really going on in this hotel? So, we canceled the reservation and elsewhere.

Ok, for a cheaper named brand hotel

We were initially assigned a king bed room, but the air conditioning wasn't working. We had to switch rooms, but the new room only had a queen bed. Unfortunately, the TV in the new room was stuck in demo mode, limiting its functionality. Additionally, a lamp was missing a light bulb, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned, with hair still present. People are also living there and it feels more like an apartment complex.
