I love this hotel! It’s always so clean and conveniently close to the Disney parks! The staff is for the most part very nice and helpful! I’ve stayed here twice already and I plan on returning whenever I need to stay in Orlando!

Excellent location to Disney, 2 bedroom we had was perfect for our needs. NOTE: there are no elevators and this facilities has multiple building that are 3 stories high, if you cannot climb stairs be sure to request a first floor location!!!

Very nice stay, westgate upgraded us to a two bedroom with two bath room (condo). Wish there was an elevator as we were on the third floor but other than that it was great. Be prepared for the time share spiel though.
