New Condo. Just minutes to All Parks & Convention Center. Super stylish, quiet, overlooks fountain, next to the Clubhouse and main Pool in Vista Cay Resort.
Our quiet, private condo sleeps up to 6.
THE SPACE
Open-plan kitchen, new furniture and views over the fountain and gardens.
The well equipped, remodeled kitchen has a huge, quartz counter-height breakfast bar has everything you might need to prepare a quick breakfast or gourmet dinner and it flows seamlessly into the dining / living area, with comfy seating and 60" smart TV.
From the balcony you can enjoy the fountain playing below, gardens, clubhouse and afternoon sun.
BED & BATH
The master bedroom has a hybrid King mattress and en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms have pillow-top, hybrid mattresses, one King, the 3rd room Queen, and share a family bathroom.
The bedrooms have overhead fans, black out blinds, top quality linens and smart TVs.

Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando. Universal Blvd, just one block from International Drive and minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away.
You will find world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls - 10 minutes away and we are surrounded by 100s of restaurants from casual to 5 star dining. Next to the resort is Publix supermarket, Walgreens, UPS, liquor store and 3 excellent dining options.

Loved our stay here! Furnishings were great, kitchen well equipped, and unit was clean and comfortable. The owner was super helpful and communicative. Location was peaceful and quiet but still close to everything. Pool and walking path are right next door. Restaurants and Walgreens are a building away and a shopping plaza with grocery and more stores and restaurants are a 5 minute walk down the path. Also walkable to the convention center. Would definitely come again.

Great property close to Convention center

We were in town for my daughter’s dance competition and really enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. Great location, close to Orlando Convention Center, nice pool, and amenities. Will be very handy to the new Universal park across the street when it opens!

Fabulous condo

The second floor condo was beautifully decorated and contemporary. Very clean and good central location to Universal. Great water pressure in showers. When new resort Epic Universal opens, it is right around the corner so would be amazing location. The owners responded very quickly when I had questions. My only tip would be to bring ear plugs just in case you are light sleeper. I could hear upstairs neighbors walking around and moving chairs late at night. It may be we just got unlucky with renters that weekend who stay up late but I’m glad I went and bought ear plugs so I could sleep better after the first restless night. The owners were very helpful about the noise issue. I would stay in this condo again.

Great for family!

I was in town for work but with my family in tow - including an infant - so a normal hotel room didn’t work. This apartment was extremely spacious and clean with a nice high chair and laundry in unit, which is just what we needed. My only challenge was unexpectedly arriving a little early (3:30) and the door code not working so we could enter until 4. When we came back shortly after 4, the cleaners were still there. Minor but still annoying with a baby! Would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING

We’re a family of 4 that usually stays at the Disney resorts but planned this trip last minute and couldn’t get into one. We’re now second guessing our choices. This apartment was so comfortable. The neighborhood is immaculate and conveniently located and SAFE. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Orlando visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly what we needed and very conveniently located to the convention center and restaurants. Extremely nice to have a Walgreens, pizza place, and cupcake store in walking distance if traveling with teenagers/ family with children.

In the heart of EVERYTHING

We truly loved our stay at this property. The condo had everything we needed and was minimally decorated with no unnecessary items. The location is right in the heart of everything you want to do in Orlando, and so we took advantage of so many attractions. The pool and gym were an added bonus when we needed some downtime. There is also many grocery stores like Publix and Trader Joe’s very close by and with a complete kitchen you can also eliminate extra dining out costs for your family. We will look to stay at this property again for future Orlando trips.

Family trip to Orlando

This location provided easy access to many features we had hoped to see during our stay. It provided us a quiet retreat to recharge and gave each of us a nice bit of privacy to relax. Having Publix and Walgreens within walking distance was also a plus as we were able to enjoy meals in the condo. The airport was a short hop from Vista Cay which was very convenient. Hoping to make this a return location in the future.

Great Walkable Location

We rented this condo to get away from the cold weather and we enjoyed our stay very much. We didn’t have a car, but it was only about a one minute walk to Walgreens, about a seven minute walk to Publix and several other restaurants. You can also walk to a few resorts, including the Rosen Shingle Creek resort, which has several great restaurants available as well. Checking in was easy. Communication from host was excellent. The condo has nice furnishings as well as extremely comfortable beds. Moma’s (just a 5 minute walk) has great breakfast. The balcony looks out over a nice soothing fountain, and the unit is very close to the pool and the clubhouse. Our only complaint was that the people staying above us decided they wanted to stomp around loudly and move furniture around between the hours of 11 PM and 1 AM the first night. We spoke to the owners about this and they gave us a number to call for security in case it happened again. It did happen each night but the subsequent nights they finished stomping around around midnight.

Great venue & location — light on basic amenities unless you ask

Nice place - easy access to Universal Studios and other parks in the area. Very responsive host — only negative was that the stocking of basic amenities you don’t expect to have to buy on vacation at an expensive VRBO was a little light (toilet paper, laundry soap, coffee filters), but the staff was great and replenished these items when I asked. We would definitely stay there again if headed to Orlando with family.

Great experience

We stayed at this location for a week in June and it was a great experience. Communication was quick and easy, great amenities, and we were very close to shopping and restaurants. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into furnishing the condo to make it comfortable as well as taking guests needs into account. I would stay here again.

Great apartment with everything you need

We stayed at Vista Cay to visit universal studios and surrounds. This was a great apartment close to restaurants to eat out or plenty of utensils to cook at home. Tasteful fit out. Area was nice a quiet, easy parking and great onsite facilities. We used both the pool and gym. The host provided great communication and information about the property and surrounds, restaurant recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend.

Airy, tasteful and spacious

Great stay. Property was very clean and airy feeling. It was the best decorated property in the area that I found. Lin made the check in process very easy and accommodating for us.
