Parking
★ Parking is free, with plenty of designated spaces conveniently located right in front of the home
★ Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed at Champions Gate
★ Street parking is not permitted; ensure vehicles do not obstruct sidewalks to avoid towing
Self-Catering
★ This home is self-catering. A small welcome kit is provided to get you started, but guests should stop by a nearby supermarket for additional supplies as needed
Pool Heat (Optional)
★ Cost: $40 per day (minimum of 2 consecutive days)
★ For our guest safety and optimal equipment performance, pool heating is maintained at a maximum of 85°F and the hot tub at 95°F. Please submit pool heating requests at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the water reaches these temperatures by the time you check in.
★ Please note that the attached spa is designed as a spillover feature and shares the same water circulation as the pool. Consequently, the spa will remain at the same temperature as the pool unless pool heating is specifically requested and active.
BBQ Rental (Optional)
★ Cost: $80 for the duration of your stay (includes cleaning and propane refill)
Housekeeping
★ The home is thoroughly cleaned before check-in, with clean sheets and towels available
★ Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee
Custom Check In/Out Time (Subject to Availability)
★ Cost: $60. To better accommodate your travel schedule, you may request a 1:00 PM arrival and 12:00 PM departure. This cost goes entirely toward the logistical shifts needed for our cleaning crew to prioritize your stay; we provide this as a convenience rather than an extra surcharge. Because we must ensure our team has adequate time to maintain our high standards, this service is not always available and depends on the surrounding reservation schedule
