  • This spacious newly renovated 4 bed 3 bath has all the amenities of home so all you need to do is pack your bags and come on down to the most magical place in the world. Just 20 minutes to Disney and shops. Minutes away from Championsgate golf courses. This villa has a full pool and Spa tub (not hot tub) heat is included, screen lanai and backs onto a lush conservation in the backyard no one to bother you while you enjoy your vacation in Orlando. We also have added a games room made up of Darts, ping pong and Table soccer as well. This property is close to I4, restaurants, shops and movie theaters.

Furniture not to be moved. Take Garbage to curb on Sunday and brought back Tuesday. No recycling in Polk County both bins considered garbage.

Parking vehicles in garage is PROHIBITED Garbage must be kept behind white fence at all times HOA Fines will be charged back pool heat included

Cleaning is included however this does not give you the right to use everything and leave for us to clean it is your responsibility to keep home clean

Perfect location for Orlando getaway

We used this excellent property as a base for our stay in the Orlando area and its perfectly located for thise wanting a peaceful retreat and break from the parks.There are lots of new restaurants and shops very close by and its only 5 mins from the Interstate so convenient for exploring further afield too like Tampa.

We had a great stay pretty close to all things Disney! Super thankful the property owner had a pack n play as my kids got too nervous to sleep in a different room. Overall had a very good stay it was clean and the pool area was very nice!

Beautiful house with plenty of room

Enjoyed our stay here as we commuted to Disney each day. Close to the parks and a lot of food choices for out side the parks. Pool was warm and nice to relax after a long day walking around.

We had a lovely stay, the house is really nice and the location is fantastic for the parks. We were disappointed that the pool spa didn't heat much warmer than the pool and check out time was early. However we should have researched this prior to booking.
