The property is an ultimate UNSAFE environment for anyone who makes safety a paramount. The person at the Front Desk lied when he told me Expedia charged my account prior to my stay, then he disappeared from the Front Desk. My walk to the room which I never found, passes several individuals sitting in dark areas, in what appeared to be abandon rooms. This place is unsafe.

One of the more sketchy hotels I have stayed in. Quite a few homeless people living around there, people aorund there not of the best character, acess to front lobby is always locked, no lock on the door. Prive was chrap, but would not recommend staying of toy have a better option.

Hello when I first arrived I had to wait for the manager the front door lobby was locked and then while I stayed I had to call using my phone because there was no room phone I never met house keeping for stuff like extra towels or tissue

The staff was kind and responsive. The images online do not represent the property. The room was not clean. It appeared to have poop on the floor between the beds. They only provided one blanket for two beds. :/

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to others. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the photos online were misleading — the actual property looked nothing like what was advertised. The first room I was given had dirty linens, visible dust, and a dead bed bug on the bed, which was extremely disturbing. There were used toiletries left on the sink, coffee stains on the floor, and stained towels in the bathroom. The room also reeked of smoke despite me booking a non-smoking room, which was a serious issue as I have asthma. I did not feel safe or comfortable staying in these conditions, so I requested a full refund and sought a room elsewhere. Although a staff member named Shadayna was helpful the next morning, the damage had already been done. I had to leave the hotel because it was simply not habitable. This experience was unacceptable — the cleanliness and overall quality fell far below even basic standards. I hope the hotel seriously improves its housekeeping and accuracy in advertising, as no guest should have to deal with this.

The hospitality was excellent checking out it was no hassle normally is trouble getting out of hotels as far as being late checking out I have never been to one to wear the consideration was so great as to whether you want to stay another day or not I will stay there a million times again it was excellent have a great and blessed day and continue to bless someone else with Thursday thanks
