Outdoor Areas: Bring some snacks and soak in the FL sun in the cushioned loungers. We do have a beautiful, private patio ready for your use! With that includes a grill. In order to keep the grill in tip top shape for all our guest, we do charge a $30 cleaning fee.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day in Orlando.

Facilities: The Magic Village Views is a luxury gated community right next to Disney parks! The resort offers a swimming pool & gym ($100+taxes fee per group per day for swimming pool and gym access), fitness center, volleyball & tennis courts, restaurant, grocery and tickets stores. Please note that the additional fee is charged only if you use the clubhouse. To book your pass and receive the amenity key card, you can go directly to the concierge.
Location: Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the community.
Guest Access:
Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in front of the home that has the unit number painted on the space - any additional vehicles can park on the unassigned spots throughout the community!

Getting Around:
There is a shuttle upon request at concierge with a fee. Vehicles are also very helpful to get around!
Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
