We had a good time at Storey Lake. It is a huge property and we were all the way towards the end. The main entrance is the only one where the bar code works all of the time. The other areas were more finicky. Cons— one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no hand soap. Walmart was close by but those aren’t things you want to buy while on vacation. The pool in the backyard was FREEZING even when it was 90+ outside. Limit on the AC is frustrating. Pros— quick drive to Disney and Universal; looked exactly as it did in the pictures; very clean and up-to-date

I had to call Virgo because Manger gave me the wrong code we couldn’t get in also pool was cold when I paid for heater I took pictures when I arrived the unit had a lot of stains on the furniture after a two hour calling around finally received the rite code I took pictures when arrived and left cleaned the place but manger tried saying I left a stain on comforter and took fifty bucks from my deposit and never ask to see video and pictures when I checked this was a scam and joke also what about the two hours I was locked out were is my money so done😐

Very noisy neighborhood, terrible management that is supposed to be there to take of the property during your stay is just there to up charge for everything they can think of. 24-36 hour response time. Pool Heater never worked but you pre pay for services and amenities and then they don't work. Several power outages during our stay. Stay away from any rental home managed by Wonder Vacation Homes

Property was clean and was just as listed. We have stayed in storey lake before and love the community. My only gripe is that even with paying for the pool heat, my kids wouldn’t swim in it; said it was too cold. Other than that, great property.

Overall nice stay with spacious rooms. The only issues were: The house was clean but the floor didn’t seem to have been mopped thoroughly. Walking barefoot for 5 min my daughter’s feet were black. We paid for a 4 burner grill and upon check in the grill we had was dirty and it wasn’t a 4 burner plus the pool wasn’t cleaned with googles which were left in the pool. After several messages to the owner the issues were fixed. In addition, the AC wasn’t cooling the house at all. We checked the air filter and it was filthy black! We had to take it out and once it was taken out the home got cooler. The owner was also notified regarding the filter but it was never replaced throughout our stay. My family and I enjoyed our stay.
