Beautiful Property. Lacked communication.
The property was beautiful. Very close to all amenities and lots of attractions. Lots of new builds in this gated community.
I found when writing the property owner and asking questions that there was not a lot of clear communication given in return.
Also not a lot of clear communication on where or how to dispose of garbage/recyclables. We placed the garbage in the container as stated and raccoons got into it which was unfortunate. We later found a communal garbage disposal.
Other places I have stayed had much better welcoming package with clear instructions on what to do for laundry/garbage and even recommendations on places to eat or visit. That would have been a great addition here.
