Great Location and Great Townhome

The pictures online looked great and it was actually better than that. The townhome was spacious, stylish, comfortable, super clean, and located in a great spot close to everything.

Great Place

This home is in a great location. The only complaint we would have is that it is very bare minimum on all supplies (like No Kitchen towels). But it was clean and spacious. Management was the best we have ever encountered as far as getting back to us and getting things resolved. Would definitely recommend.

Summerville rental

There were some cleanliness issues with the house. I got a “sorry” response a day later. I guess I was hoping they could re clean but that wasn’t offered. The property is definitely more than 5 minutes from Disney. We always encountered traffic whether it was 8am or 10pm. Overall it was a decent place to stay but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Not a reputable property manager. Avoid.

Actually did not stay there. We cancelled and they kept half our money. We cancelled because two weeks before check in they sent an email from a 3rd party web site requiring i send a selfie picture of me holding my credit card and drivers license. This was not part of the rental agreement when we rented and paid. They waited until the last minute and changed the agreement. I was not willing to send so much personal information to some 3rd party web site. I would recommend avoiding them. They were difficult to work with, will not fully refund our payment even though they breached the rental contract.
