Great place to stay for a visit to the parks.

We had a great stay at this vacation home in Kissimmee. The location is excellent, conveniently situated close to everything, yet in a peaceful and quiet setting. The house itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the Terra Verde resort is very pleasant with a relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house at a great price

this is a great house at a great price. the resort is lovely. I loved walking around the lake every day. Hot tub was nice and the bed was super comfortable.

Nice Location

This rental was perfect for me and my mom for a couple days, the location was great for our activities in the area. The amenities of the apartment complex were also very nice. This space is pet friendly so my mom could bring her little cat with us, (a big reason why we choose it). Check-in process was also easy, the gate guard was helpful and so was the staff at the main building where I bought the car pass. Overall, I would recommend this rental.

Great Family getaway

Everything was clean and we enjoyed being somewhat close to the attractions.its a quiet community. Our family of 5 adults and little pup, made ourselves at home.. We took a walk around the grounds and sat by the pond on our puppy walk.We would stay again!

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood.

This property is well taken care of, and had everything we needed. It is located in a great spot in the neighborhood, walking distance to the lovely amenities. My family an out dog enjoyed our stay at this home away from home.

We did love our stay, the kids said the pool was not kept well and murky (usable though) and was pretty said that the beach volleyball had standing water the whole time but it was a nice cozy place to lay our heads!

Clean cute townhome

The space was super clean and cute. We stayed here for a conference. It was super easy to get to in a central location. The place was kept very tidy and organized and was easy to find. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location to all theme parks! Very clean property!

Everything from booking tilll the day we left was seamless. The property was very clean and in close proximity to all the theme parks. My family throughly enjoyed our stay here and will be definitely coming back in the near future. Sarah was very accommodating from beginning to end with the check in process. Beautiful home and gated neighborhood!

Wonderful

Sarah's place was amazing! We didn't really stay much at the condo but for sleeping. But it had everything one would need to stay there and never leave. Everything from a private hot tub to a swimming pool, fitness center, and beautiful flowers to admire. Thank you!!!

Orlando Family Trip

Wonderful condo, clean, great location (we went to Universal Studios). Fun surprise when we went to Old Town Orlando one evening for pizza at Flippers -- we found lots of shopping, a car show, live music and things to do there too.

Excellent Disney Family Rental

We loved the ease of checkin, Sarah left us with a sweet welcome package. Sarah went above and beyond by offering to decorate the home with Christmas decor (We stayed the week of Christmas). The property was exactly as described in the listing and all amenities were in perfect shape and easily accessible. We would absolutely recommend, and would love to book again for our next Disney Vacation.

Great property

We stayed for 2 weeks. The property was clean & exactly as the pictures. The location was great, about 20 mins to Disney. The resort pool was closed for our first week but the host kindly offered us use of another private pool if we wanted. Perfect for what we needed for our family. Would definitely recommend and stay again (just need to convince my husband to book another trip!)

Great accommodations

2 story townhouse was clean and tastefully furnished with all the amenities. We were all so comfortable including our two Chihuahuas:-). The hotub definitely came in handy as it is cold here nights this time of year.We didnt get to use the clubhouse amenities but they have everything as well.Sarah was AMAZING and came to my rescue when I had initial reouble booking. Overall rhe experience was wonderful

A beautiful stay at the Villa

Our spring break stay was fantastic at this Villa. The property is exceptionally inviting, extremely clean, and close to everything, including theme parks, grocery stores and restaurants. You couldn’t find a better property manager than Sarah! She is very approachable and is always quick to reply to any questions. The resort area itself is magnificent and offers everything that you could look forward to doing on either a vacation, spring break, or any outing. We will definitely be back. The value of the Villa, ease of working with Sarah and the check in process made everything so easy. We loved it and so will you!
