「Lovely apartment, has everything you need. Great location for shopping and eating out. Could do with good clean and would be perfect.」

「We enjoyed our stay but it would have been even better if our 5th guest could have made it. Unfortunately she suffered a broken shoulder and wasn't able to travel. We felt that at the front of the property, an awning should be installed, as in the morning, you couldn't sit out because the sun was blazing on you. All in all it was an enjoyable holiday however! villamartin was just a bit to quiet for us. It's more like a residential town than a resort.」

「This property had everything you could possibly need and was in a perfect location.Convient for bars, restaurants, supermarket etc.It was good value for money and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Cabo roig.」

「We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The roof terrace is fantastic with great views of the sea. You don’t need to hire a car. The large Mercadona Supermarket is a 2 minute walk away. The beach is less than a 10 minute walk and there are beach chairs on a trolley that you can take with you. The commercial centre is about 5 minutes walk where you will find lovely restaurants. La Zenia Boulevard is about 10 minute walk. A great stay and would recommend this apartment.」

「Schon bei Ankunft fiel der unordentliche Aussenbereich ins Auge. Terrassenmöbel kaputt, Wäsche auf der Leine, Unkraut in den Fugen der Fliesen, ausgetrocknete Pflanzen, Liegen zum entsorgen, Flaschenlager leerer Gasflaschen. Der negative Eindruck setzte sich im Inneren fort. Eine Zentralheizung war zwar eingebaut aber weder gas- noch elektroseitig angeschlossen und somit nicht benutzbar. In der Küche klaffte ein Schlitz in der Decke, in dem man versuchte die Heizungsrohre zu verlegen und vergaß...
