Escape to this luxurious newly built villa in Orihuela, nestled on a spacious plot and designed for comfort, style, and relaxation. Perfect for families or friends, the home features high-end furnishings, a private pool with ambient lighting, and a large terrace overlooking a beautifully landscaped garden. The ground floor boasts an open-plan kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, ideal for preparing meals to enjoy outdoors. The terrace includes an electric awning and premium outdoor furniture, creating a perfect setting for al fresco dining or evening lounging. Upstairs, two sunlit bedrooms open onto private terraces, offering peaceful spots to soak up the Spanish sun. A laundry room with a washing machine and private parking add to the convenience, and the fully enclosed property ensures privacy throughout your stay. Located within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, and a gym, and just 1.5 km from a golf course and 6.7 km from a scenic lake, this villa is a serene yet well-connected base for your Costa Blanca holiday.

The deposit will be collected upon arrival. To safeguard our property and the well-being of our guests, individuals under 30 years of age may be subject to additional verification to clarify the intent of their stay. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 23:00 to 9:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.

Great property! Everything that you need and a lovely pool and garden. Watch out because astroturf gets hot ! Anne (agent) is lovely and v helpful.
