Superb villa, outstanding location!

Our experience here was fantastic. For those who require privacy and great views, this is perfect. Jose, the owner was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa and area.

Exceptional place to holiday!

We travelled as an extended family for a weeks vacation. Jose, the host, is amazing ! So welcoming , helpful and responsive. The villa itself is beautiful, very authentic and spacious ! The pool area is large and well equipped. Jose has thought of everything ! Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay that offers relaxation and beautiful scenery !

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable en famille dans cette maison absolument magnifique ! Si vous recherchez le calme, l’espace, la beauté des paysages naturels, je ne peux que vous recommander de passer du temps dans cet endroit magique. José Antonio s’est montré d’une incroyable amabilité et réactivité pour répondre à n’importe quelles de nos demandes. Mooie ruime woning en goede ligging

Het verblijf was top. Hele mooie woning, goede ligging en een heerlijk zwembad. De slaapkamers airconditioning wat geen overbodige luxe is. Goed ontvangen door de verhuurder en volop genoten van de faciliteiten en het weer. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven.

Incredible get away location

This is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever stayed in. It's spacious, well furnished and the owner is so brilliant to deal with. I have given this property 5 stars for location because it suited my family and our trip perfectly but it is a little ways away from towns/shops/restaurants so a hire car was a must. The pool is lovely and there is tons of space to sit out and catch some sun. A remarkable property

villa de caractère

Très belle maison dans un environnement sauvage très calme. Superbe décoration et maison bien équipée. Très bien pour 4 couples. La terrasse couverte est idéale pour les repas et pour se détendre côté salon. La piscine est bien entretenue avec une très belle vue sur le lac. C'est un endroit parfait pour se ressourcer. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps... Inoubliables moments de partage lors de la préparation de la paella avec le propriétaire, José Antonio. Merci José pour ton accueil, ta gentillesse, ta disponibilité et ta réactivité. nous garderons de beaux souvenirs de notre séjour.

Charmante Finca in Alleinlage

Sehr liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtete Finca mit großem Pool und schönem Ausblick auf einen azurblauen See. Hervorzuheben ist auch die Alleinlage des Grundstücks, welche einem ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre ermöglicht. Das großzügige Grundstück ist vollständig umzäunt, dies ermöglicht sowohl Hundebesitzern als auch Familien mit Kindern einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Der Grundriss des Hauses ist gut durchdacht, so dass man auch mit mehreren Parteien anreisen kann und jeder seinen eigenen Rückzugsort hat. Der Eigentümer ,Jose Antonio, ist sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend, jederzeit erreichbar und um das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste bemüht. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Nur wenige Minuten entfernt befindet sich ein Erlebnispark (multi aventura park lo rufete), in welchem man preiswert Reiten, Quad fahren, Paintball spielen und Anderes unternehmen kann. Der nächste Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Finca eignet sich für Paare, Familien und Freundesgruppen.

Isolé et proche de tout.....

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette propriété, nous etions deux familles avec enfants.La maison est agencée de sorte que nous disposions d une certaine indépendance bien appréciée. Il regne un calme absolu et une vue merveilleuse sur la plaine et le lac. Bon moment de partage également autour d une excellente paella preparé par le proprietaire....nous nous sommes regalés! Merci a José pour ses conseils et son bon accueil....bonne continuation.

Vacaciones en familia

La propiedad es muy amplia con varios salones y una gran cocina. Una extraordinaria piscina y dos zonas exteriores con mesas y sofás para pasar magníficas veladas. No tiene vecinos próximos, por lo que no se molesta a nadie con el ruido por la noche. El propietario es encantador, hace todo lo posible para que te sientas como en casa

Si le paradis existe il est la

La vue, le calme, la proximité avec les villes (sans y être) avec la mer (sans la foule), enfin bref idéal pour se ressourcer, pour une famille avec enfants vraiment le top. Le propriétaire à l'écoute, pour les bons resto du coin, les vins de la région ou d'Espagne à consommer. Une disponibilité exemplaire, vraiment José nous te remercions beaucoup car nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et nous espérons bien y revenir avec nos enfants. La maison est sublime, équipée parfaitement. La piscine superbe et propre. Encore merci et j'espère à bientôt Nadine et Patrick

Un havre de paix !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans la maison de José qui est vraiment magnifique. Nous le remercions pour son accueil et sa disponibilité et nous reviendrons l'année prochaine pour profiter un peu plus de la piscine. MERCI pour tout José et encore bravo pour la decoration et la Paella 👍

Muy bíen !

Maison à la décoration soignée qui répond parfaitement à la description faite. Nous avons apprécié : l’accueil et les conseils de José, les espaces de vies, la piscine qui a fait la joie de tous tant l’eau était agréable !, la vue superbe sur la retenue d’eau aux couleurs turquoises, la position de la maison à l’écart du bruit et du monde de la côte. L’accés Est un peu difficile, et l’an voiture mérite un bon lavage à la fin du séjour, mais ce point s’amoindrit à la vue de tous les points positifs. Location à conseiller.

Schönes Haus, sehr symphatischer Vermieter

Sehr schönes Haus mit ausgefallenen Möbeln ausgestattet, wunderschöne Türen im marokkanischen Stil, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Das Highlight war der große Pool, der alle 2-3 Tage von Jose gereinigt wurde. Auf der großen Terasse steht ein rundgemauerter Grill/Holzbackofen. Dort haben wir leckere Pizza, Fisch, Steaks und andere Dinge gegrillt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Einziger Wermutstropfen waren die witterungsbedingten Fliegen. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.

Plénitude et calme aboslu

La villa, accessible par une piste, est face à une réserve d'eau douce. Le voisinage est suffisement éloigné pour avoir le sentiment d'être seul au monde. La piscine est très agréable et la villa dispose de toutes les commodités (matériel de cuisine, jeu de société, draps, serviettes de plage/bain, climatisation... ). C'est un endroit unique, mais près du village de San Miguel de Salinas pour les courses (7mn) ou des plages de Torrevieja pour retrouver la foule estivale... de plus le propriétaire vous donnera pleins de bons plans et bonnes adresses pour passer un merveilleux séjour...

Peace & Tranquility. Absolute privacy!

Absolutely stunning property and location with amazing views. Jose is very acccomodating and helpful with local info, good restauarants to frequent in nearby Torrevieja. The house itself is incredibly comfortable and has all of the mod cons one would expect. All in all, we would return there and hope to visit again next year. It is truly a unique place. One that has to be experienced to be truly appreciated.

Superbe propriété

Cette maison dans laquelle nous avons passé 2 semaines est située au milieu de nulle part... Le calme et les merveilleux couchers de soleil au bord de la piscine ont enchanté notre séjour. Les paysages sont à couper le souffle ! La villa est très agréable à vivre , très confortable. Notre hôte, José nous a conseillé sur les activités proches ainsi que sur les restaurants. Sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité n'ont d'égal que sa discrétion et tout ça dans un français parfait ! Si nous en avons l'occasion nous serons heureux de revenir y passer quelques jours.

STUPENDO!

Tutto bellissimo, la casa è come nelle foto, enorme, fornita di ogni cosa sia in cucina che nelle altre camere (teli mare, asciugamani, detersivi, lenzuola, carta igienica ecc). La piscina pulitissima. La posizione è tranquilla, nelle vicinanze si può andare a cavallo, quads ed altre attività. Il proprietario gentile, per qualsiasi richiesta è subito disponibile e ci ha pure cucinato una paella PARADISIACA!!! speriamo di tornarci ancora!

Wonderful property-peace & tranquility.

Fantastic property & fantastic holiday! A bit off the beaten track which is what we wanted-yet still very accessible. Peaceful & tranquil with great views. House has real character-both the building itself & it's furnishings. Charming, cool & airy inside with lovely outdoor spaces. Large pool with big terrace area-seemed a bit stark initially-could do with a little landscaping here, but very quickly got used to this certainly did not detract from the holiday at all! Front terrace area - a beautiful place to relax in the shade. Jose, the owner was extremely pleasant & helpful-attentive to a perfect degree. He gave us ideas of places to visit & places to eat-all much enjoyed & much appreciated. Thank you for a wonderful holiday-thoroughly enjoyed by us all-we all came home chilled & relaxed & would certainly go back to this villa again :-)
