This is a special 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the Las Violetas, huge front garden and more!

Step on in and enjoy this home. The first thing you see is the spacious garden. A large area to relax, dine, and BBQ. For earlier in the day you can relax on one of the four sun loungers, jump on the trampoline, and more! Be a big kid!

Step into the house now, a large spacious living room with flatscreen multi-language TV and free wifi as well aircon! The dining area seats 4 comfortably. As well the kitchen is fully fitted for all of your culinary requirements during the holiday. Down, the hall is the double master bedroom with ensuite shower room and aircon. Next is the 2nd bedroom which has two single beds. There is also a full family bathroom. The community also enjoys a lovely community pool a meters away.

The apartment is a four-minute walk to the Villamartin Plaza with a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch stars such as Leo Sayer, The Bay City Rollers, Paul Young & Los Pacaminos, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, The Foundations, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap, and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctor.

For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In the near proximity, there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.

Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping centre, considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, catch a taxi or use the local bus service! This is home to many high street shops you will be familiar with.

The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat for families or golfing groups.

As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice, and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right!

There is a compulsory 70 euro end-of-stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

Room Stinks of fousty, damp, mouldy furniture

Garden huge, in a lovely area, lovely communal pool, trampoline broken & has been for years by the looks of it, therefore the advertised description is misleading, the apartment smells of damp & is overpowering & unbearing, old sofa was filthy, & covered in mould, material on chair was flaking off all over the floor. Bathroom floors & doors & light switches were filthy, Sheets didn't look clean, luckily we were moved the next day and had a lovely holiday.
Rotten old chair should be thrown out
