This unit offers a king size bed, SMART TV, kitchen area stocked with culinary necessities, full bathroom, and in unit washer/dryer. (Starter supplies of bedding, towels, and basic supplies are provided)

The Space:
This is a private Studio Apartment located on the first floor within a quiet apartment building.

There are 2 surface parking lots on site - one has stairs to get to the terrace where the private outdoor entrance is located. The other lot does not have stairs.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive an access code to enter the unit via the private outdoor entrance 1 day before their check-in. Guest may park in the above ground parking lot on site.

Other Things to Note:
If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building.

Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250.

Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

No pets allowed. If there is evidence of pets in the unit you tenant will be charged $200.
